Personally, I will only use 100% human hair. It is the best way to go. It gives you the ability to curl it (synthetic hair will melt), perm it or change the color if you would like. It looks the most natural and doesn't have that fake looking shine like synthetic hair does. Human hair is more expensive but well worth it.
